Last weekend we headed over to our friend, Parrish and Veronica's house to watch a little baseball.....we took Bridger with us of course, but it was not a good for this little boy. They had stairs that were hard to block off and he was obsessed with them! Maybe because he doesn't see them often? I don't know, but he would not and could not stay off of them! We tried to block them as best as possible, but in the end...he won. It was a fight for awhile. It got late and Ryan's mom was so sweet and headed to our house to "watch" Bridger for us so we could go back and relax and hang with some friends.
Aside from watching baseball.....we all drank....ate...and headed to the bar for awhile. We all had a good time.

Homecoming 2011
Its that time of year again! Homecoming for all the schools. Katelynn's boyfriend attends King Highschool and this past weekend it was his schools homecoming.
I went over to get some pictures for Katelynn of course. She, as always, looked amazing! It was chaos leading up to this moment.....mainly dress drama, but in the end she ended up with a great dress!
The girls said they had a fun night and they all get to do it again this coming weekend for their own homecoming!!

Our Weekend with Daddy!
So Ryan came home Friday night and after being home with sick Bridger napping, we met my mom and Jamie at TGI Fridays for some dinner! We basically crashed their dinner! haha. Since we came later, where they were seated wouldn't allow for a highchair and they have us a booster. Really? A booster for my 16month old? Ha! Yea it didn't work out and we had to get rid of it. The rest of the dinner was spent practically leaning and laying on daddy and I. It was interesting. We will always have a highchair from now on! I think Bridg was just so excited to have his daddy home!
Saturday Ryan headed up to Beaumont to get another load...the last load or so we thought. So we really didn't get daddy home with us the entire weekend. He left super early. We got up ran our own errands and met up with Grandma later to get some more shopping done. He was such a good boy the entire time! I picked him up a Lion at Kohls friday for the KohlsCares, and he has since been so attached to it and has taken it everywhere with him this weekend. I'll have to get his cute picture lugging it around!
We met Daddy at his Aunt Lyndas for his cousins birthday and had some great family time with them.
Sunday we got up and headed to church! Yes! Finally! I am so happy. We have been trying to go since we moved here, and we finally made it. Hope we can continue to go every single weekend. This Sunday's service was about Adultery. It was a great service with some fabulous points. I was a bit sad that it was a taped video instead of Pastor Bill actually being there, but it was still a good service.
We headed home for a nap and it was nice and rainy out and both of my boys got their naps in! I painted the restroom......or began painting. After naps we headed to eat and get Bridg a Halloween costume! So, they have terrible picks for infants.....they are all kind of basic...nothing to exciting or unique. I should've done some Internet searching and seen what I could have came up with. Instead, we just want to be done and know we have a costume since we will be busy every weekend up till Halloween. Sooo, after saying eh to every costume...the both of us just picked up what we thought was best. A monkey. I always said i never wanted Bridger to be a monkey. haha! He's going to be a monkey. Here it is.... we need to do some alterating on it...but it will work for this sweet little boy.

After we swung by the mall and then picked up his meds for his sickness....the "only if you have to" meds. I feel like we had too. He is now wheezing and coughing a bunch! I sure hope this works!
We stopped by blockbuster to rent some videos...do people still really go to blockbuster? Or does everybody use redbox now? Well Ryan wanted a certain movie and he found it there. I also picked up this dvd for Bridger. I have heard about it from other bloggers and heard that it is great...so I got it for a great price and can't wait to play it for Bridger and see how much he likes it!
We had a great time with Daddy and even though Bridger has been sick, he has been so good!! I can't believe how big my little boy is! He is such a delight!
Best Fur Friends!
As I have said before, I don't let the dogs in the house anymore. BUT since moving down here to Corpus, I do let them in at night. We have the "breakfast nook" that is empty because our table is in the dining room, so the first weekend we left my mom fixed up the nook area for them and let them in because it was so hot out. Since then, its just suck.
I only let them in at night now that it isn't so hot anymore, and they go right back out the next morning. They know the routine and are really good with following it. However, Remington has always been scared of thunder and now I have seen how much Cheyenne is too!
We NEVER get rain here in Corpus, but were so lucky to get some last night and today! I let them in to stay dry.
This morning when we woke up, the dogs had escaped their area and were sleeping in our bedroom!! They get so scared of the thunder and try to get as close to us as possible. I felt bad for them though and let it be for the time being. I got Bridger up and started getting things ready to get ready for church. Somehow the entire family ends up in the bathroom! Bridger loved it, Cheyenne loved it and we loved watching them together! I'm so glad that I let them stay and hang around before "kicking" them back out. =)

Family Time
Saturday night after Ryan came home from Beaumont we went to his Aunt Lyndas who was throwing a little party for his cousin Tommy. It was also Avery's birthday so we we had some cute little girl birthday gifts that Bridger had no problem playing with.
Bridger just did his own thing and ran around everywhere checking things out instead of playing with all of his 2nd cousins. Nana got out some tractors for the boys to play with, and Bridger like that!!
He gets so mad and has such a short little temper...he saw this basket full of play animals....and as I'm trying to teach them what is what, he dumped them! 3 times.
After playing outside all night and jumping on the trampoline, the kids all came in to get baths and down time. Avery was so good and painted Kelsi's nails for her! The boys were excited to be eating some nice birthday dessert before bed! How cute are they!?!?!
It was nice to hang with everyone and catch up some. We headed out entirely too late for little boy's bedtime, but he did SO well considering it was 2 hours past his regular bed time! He fell asleep on the way home and somehow got a 2nd wind before fnally getting to bed slightly past 10! Ouch!!
Happy Birthday Tommy and Avery!

Tommy took Bridger outside with him for a minute and he LOVED that. Afterwards, Bridger wouldn't leave poor Tommy alone! He kept running up to him for him to pick him up and this continued all night! it was so sweet though!
Bridger also loved haning with Jenny! She let him play games on her phone! He got a kick out of this and it kept him entertained for a little while! How sweet of Jenny!
Why won't Daddy let me play with his phone??!!!
