New Job

So surprise! Ryan started a new job last week while I was away in San Antonio!
We gave his 1 week notice to Advanced Pipeline and started working with Energy Transfer.
I hope that he likes it and it is a good fit for him. It isn't that he didn't like Advanced Pipeline, because he did, this job opportunity came about and it sounded like a better fit for him.

He will actually get medical benefits, and paid time off! He has never had that before. He works lots of overtime and is eligible for advancement as quickly as he would like...all these other jobs just seemed like that was it....he wasn't going any further up the ladder, not saying a Superintendent isn't a good job...he just wants even better and climb even further up that ladder!

This is a very large company, the largest pipeline company in Texas....one of the largest in the nation. It is a very good reputable company and I hope its what he loves!!
